Eftekhar Hossain received his Bachelor’s and Master's in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) from the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET). Before joining CUET,  Eftekhar served as a Lecturer (October 08-2018, July 07-2019) in the Department of EEE at Premier University, Chittagong, Bangladesh. His research interest lies at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Specifically, he tries to develop resources and computational models for Multilingual NLP. Currently, his research focuses on Multimodality in machine learning. I am trying to develop techniques to effectively integrate the information of multiple modalities (i.e., image, text) and jointly evaluate them to solve complex language and vision problems.
